Located on a power pole in front of Saltcoats and District Town Hall on 200 block Glasgow St.
Saltcoats is a community rich in Arts and Culture - amateur dramatics, chautauquas, orchestras, dance bands, piano solos, poetry readings, singing, dancing, painting, and more. In the 1890s there were performances in the Agricultural Hall, and the First Town Hall was built-in 1911.
