Russell B. McCoy Stable House (Breezy Point), 520 Oakhurst at Breezy Point; 1903. Originally the stable house of the Russell B. McCoy estate, the large building was converted to apartment use in the late 1930's to a design by Walter E. Bort, Clinton architect. The exterior appears much as originally built, however, with brick walls, massive chimneys, and dark stain for wood siding on the dormers, trim, and porches.
