The Dawes Arboretum has nearly 2,000 beautiful acres to explore which includes a Hopewell Era mound. In 2015 the Arboretum preserved the site by cleaning up the mound and rerouting the trail allowing better access to the site.
The Arboretum does have a fee for admission. Please click the link for hours of operation and tickets. https://dawesarb.org
