The Sanctuary provides mental health support, offering a place to talk, and help to cope with crisis. This might include episodes of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts or any other mental health crisis.

They offer non-clinical support in non-stigmatising manner free of charge as long as you are a local resident or registered with a GP in Manchester, this includes students who live in Manchester. You should call after 8pm to speak to a member of staff before visiting the Sanctuary.
