The goal of this free roam map is to assist those new to Manchester in getting to know the health and emergency services in the city.
This version shows more services than the self-guided walking tour version. If you would prefer the tour version, please use our "Health and crisis Services in Central Manchester - Walking Tour", also available on PocketSights.
The health and emergency services are grouped as follows:
1-3 : Walk-in centres
4-6 : Accident & emergency services (A&E)
7-10 : Dentists
11-15 : Pharmacies
16 : Mental health services
17-20 : Sexual health services
If you are unsure which health or emergency services to access for you particular health conditions, call 111 (free from any UK mobile and landline) for advice.
Most of the NHS services such as GPs, Walk-in centres, and Accidents & Emergency services (A&E) are free to use and available to all residents living in the UK including students. To find your nearest services, visit the Healthwatch Manchester website https://www.healthwatchmanchester.co.uk/services/
