The Gothic Revival-style United Methodist Church was completed in 1857. The church has been maintained over the years, with major renovations in 1911 (addition of a raised floor for the main sanctuary space), 1959 (a basement was excavated for Sunday School classrooms), 1975 (exterior sandblasting and refinishing), and 1993-1994.
