W. W. Sanborn House, 2203 North 2nd Street; 1869; W. W. Sanborn, Architect, of Clinton.The first residence of W. W. Sanborn in Lyons, it is a small, one and one-half story frame cottage. It has stone foundation walls and gable roof with barge boards; the walls have been re-sided. The cottage is a good Clinton example of Gothic Revival Style.
