White Birch (Betula papyrifera)

Usually found in moist soils. The soil is very moist, a brook runs through the yard and there is a pond across the street, as well as it being on the bottom of a hill. Can grow 50-70 feet tall. Very thin bark. Doesn’t usually live over 30 years and can grow over 2 feet a year.
