Planted by my dad around 10 years ago. He trims them every year and keeps good care of them. They have produced many very good-tasting pears, I love them. Deer love eating the buds and fruit that fall.

Just like the pear trees, my dad planted this tree around the same time. At first, it struggled because the deer would eat all the buds and for years we wondered why it wasn't producing any apples.

I was able to identify it because it still had the tag on it labeled "Bing Cheery" from when my parents planted it. When it blooms its a gorgeous tree. The birds always end up eating all the cherrys. 

Easily identifiable from its leaves. My uncle used to come over and tap it during the season for the sap. It's a pretty big and healthy-looking tree.

This is my favorite tree when it blooms. The light purple color along with its amazing fragrance is unbeatable. It you haven't seen one or smelt one i highly recommend it.

There are tons of these trees, none really of any size. They are all growing on a banking near the brook that goes under the road. 

Beautiful dark red color right now. These three trees are in my neighbors yard.

Not native to maine. The previous owner was a tree Arborist so he loved planted random trees in the yard. You can see the blueish teal tint in the needles. The needles are also very sharp and prickly.
