Tour Information

A tour of 20 of my favorite trees for dendrolgy. This tour features the trees around Lemieux's Orchard, my family's farm. A lot of the trees included were planted by my great grandfather or my grandfather. For this tour you will need tall boots with a good sole for hiking, a long sleeved shirt, long pants, and bug spray.

This eastern white pine is located in front of the horse barn. It is one of my favorite trees because of how much larger it is than the other trees in the horse pasture. It is a great shade tree.

This blackberry bramble is located behind the tractor barn. It is one of my favorite shrubs because it is the best place for picking blackberries in the summer.
